Kia Ora everyone and welcome to Term one, 2014!
I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday with family and friends and that you're ready to get back into it. I am very excited about Tahatai's digital advances for this year including iPads and an increase in digital rooms. Our class routine will vary over the next two weeks as we all get to know each other through our school focus "2B1". We will then be having our term one assessments. By week four we will be well into establishing our classroom learning routines. This year Rm 2 will be using CSI (Comprehension Strategies Instruction) a digital learning tool for literacy. Students will also bring home library books, readers and poetry to support their learning at home.
An exciting term lays ahead with Beach education and camp. More information about these two events soon.
